We are a traditional Korean martial art based in Counties Manukau.

Our Classes
Junior and Youth Classes
A warm, welcoming environment perfect for any young martial artist. These classes are for children aged 12 and under. In these classes, your kids learn more than just self defense, and help them to develop key skills in preparation for life.
Adult Classes
A more focused class where we can help you to develop your abilities and develop your martial arts expertise, and reach your personal goals.
Family Classes
A great environment where families can learn and train together. This class is not separated on age or rank as to give students opportunities to bond with their family through martial arts.
What to expect
When you come into our school, you can always expect to be warmly greeted by a friendly member of our team, who will help you throughout your martial arts journey, wherever you are in life!
Our tryout lessons are the perfect opportunity for you to figure out if Kuk Sool is the right fit for you. Our instructors will give you a full class so you can have a full scope of our training, all while helping you step by step so you can really get a good idea of what we do.
Our dojang (training hall) is a positive, safe, learning environment.
That is perfect to help you grow your social circle, learn self defense and develop a whole other set of important skills like: discipline, leadership, confidence, increased co-ordination and improving your mental + physical resilience. Kuk Sool Won™ also helps to develop fitness, escalated flexibility and physical stamina.
